Détail de la fonction Job Summary The Mechanical Manager supports the Head of Mechanical Maintenance in managing day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities. The role ensures the safe execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, optimal equipment availability, and compliance with maintenance standards, QHSE requirements, and plant objectives. Key Duties and Responsibilities Operational & Technical Responsibilities English · Execute and monitor mechanical maintenance plans defined by the Head of Mechanical Maintenance. · Supervise daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities within assigned areas. · Coordinate maintenance execution with production, electrical maintenance, and workshop teams. · Ensure proper planning and scheduling of maintenance works and shutdown activities. · Monitor equipment condition, inspections, and lubrication programs. · Ensure availability and correct use of spare parts and tools. · Participate in RCA and reliability improvement initiatives. · Follow up maintenance KPIs and report deviations. · Ensure accuracy of work orders, technical data, and maintenance records in CMMS (SAP PM). · Support preparation of maintenance budgets and cost control. People Management & Supervision · Supervise section heads, supervisors, technicians, and contractors within the assigned area. · Allocate resources and ensure efficient workforce utilization. · Conduct performance follow-up and support skills development. · Ensure discipline, motivation, and effective communication within teams. --- Key Duties and Responsibilities QHSE Responsibilities · Enforce QHSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices. · Ensure safety compliance during maintenance activities and shutdowns. · Identify risks and report hazardous situations. · Participate in safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations Profil du posteKey Requirements Education and Work Experience · Engineer’s Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. · Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within heavy industry (cement preferred). · Skills and Behaviours · Good knowledge of cement products and cement manufacturing processes · Solid knowledge of mechanical maintenance practices and cement plant equipment. · Good understanding of preventive maintenance, lubrication, and reliability concepts. · Leadership and team supervision skills. · Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. · Good communication and coordination skills. · Proficiency in SAP PM and Microsoft Office.Dossiers de [voir contact]
