Détail de la fonction Elite Intérim Côte d'Ivoire is recruiting 01 Delivery Manager - AFRICA Recruitment 📝 MISSION The mission of the IT department is to contribute to the organization's activities, operations, and growth ambitions. providing best-in-class services, delivering innovative solutions, and ensuring we operate in a safe and secured IT environment. This position is responsible for providing and operating IT solutions within the group. 💫 MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES • Single senior point of contact for all IT related matters in the region: o For Operations: Ivory Coast, Ghana, Benin, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Egypt, Gabon, Congo. • Studying new prospects, analysing requests for IT quotations, preparing IT inputs for business cases and/or technical offers. • Exploring new opportunistic partnerships, from a technical standpoint. • Delivery of IT solution(s) supporting a new contract, from IT infrastructures to integration into BI tools, liaising and subcontracting tasks to relevant departments. • Definition (including business analysis), costing and planning of relevant IT solution(s) supporting new requirements in the region (new services, change requests…). • Business continuity of the region, according to agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement). • Supervision of local IT resources based in the region. • Definition of local staff requirements to support the business, considering the maximization of existing resource availabilities. • Management and monitoring of local and regional IT budgets. • Compliance with ITPI standards in the region. • Awareness and active participation of business plans in the region. Profil du poste🎯 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE • Master in Sciences and #Technology • Solid People Management experience • Strong background in project management and innovation • Budget management • Negotiation skills • Strong business analysis skills (recognised Business Analysis certification is a plus). • Fluent in #English (+ major language of the region in charge, French). • ITIL v3 certification is desirable • Experience with Cloud Practices and Processes, Microsoft Oriented services • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, technical infrastructures and networking preferred Dossiers de candidature☑️ To apply, please send your resume to [voir contact], mentioning “Delivery Manager” in the subject line of the email.
