Position Overview

Zenith Hygiene Systems Ghana Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting management with timely financial reporting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization has clear visibility into its financial condition, enabling informed decision-making and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and provide regular reporting to management
• Maintain financial bookkeeping and organizational records
• Record transactions, payments, and expenses accurately
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Send invoices and bills, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure reconciliation between original documents and company records
• Manage statutory payments and compliance
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate financial recording across the organization

Required Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
• Proficiency in Tally Accounting Software
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
