Position Overview

Join our Services EMEA team as a Workshop Manager to help us take our business operations to the next level. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of workshop management, from facility maintenance to team leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workshop facilities and infrastructure to ensure all premises comply with prevailing legislation and that the building fabric is maintained in good order or modified/developed as necessary
  • Manage the Operations team and coordinate tasking to meet key performance metrics identified in the Annual Business Plan
  • Establish performance objectives and appropriate measures for all workshop staff which align with overall business objectives, including Utilization, Tender Cycle Time, Monthly output expectations, task completion targets, and quality
  • Liaise regularly with the MD and HSEQ to ensure that any hazards within the workshop are appropriately identified and mitigated, with business operations conducted in a safe manner
  • Act as the ultimate owner of all Workshop Procedures, ensuring these are reviewed and remain relevant for day-to-day workshop operations and training requirements
  • Identify areas of improvement to reduce company costs while maintaining quality of service and product
