Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Enterprise Business database per segment to identify trends and insights
• Coordinate analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze customer data from multiple applications
• Analyze and optimize product performance across the portfolio
• Ensure proper portfolio management and product lifecycle management adherence
• Develop and manage reporting templates enabling the business unit to track performance against budgets for all products on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Assess the impact of market trends, competitor activity, and business solution strategy on customer acquisition quality and profitability performance
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports against forecast on revenue and gross adds projections with key stakeholders
• Undertake data and market intelligence analysis to advise management on key strategic issues for achieving wallet penetration targets
• Prepare status reports on product performance on a continuous basis to guide management decision-making
