## Title: Medical Counter Assistant

About the Role

Sommalife is seeking a Medical Counter Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer orders from multiple channels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

Responsibilities

Pick and process orders from web and mobile applications, hotlines, WhatsApp, text messages, and other order submission channels
Pass all orders to the operations team for fulfillment
Manage medical counter operations and customer interactions

Required Profile

Certificate in Medical Counter Assistant
Minimum 5 years of work experience
At least 3 years of experience working in a retail pharmacy
