Job Summary
We are seeking a Team Lead for Small Medium Enterprises (SME) in our AT Business Department. Reporting to the Sales Manager, SME South, you will provide sales leadership to develop and execute sales plans that deliver shareholder value through meeting operational targets for revenues, profitability, and customer satisfaction in the SME market in the southern region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily gross adds acquisition for the SME portfolio
- Manage a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve set targets
- Recruit, train, and develop sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage presale and after-sale customer engagements
- Organize and execute assigned sales initiatives and campaigns
- Develop route plans and strategic initiatives to achieve revenue and gross add targets
- Receive, manage, and oversee all stock assigned to the team
- Engage with developers in the real estate market for deployment of fixed data and home broadband products
- Monitor and manage performance and professional development of BDMs
Key Performance Indicators
- Total revenue target achievement
- Customer acquisition targets
Required Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Business Management, Economics, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or account management in an enterprise solutions environment (telecommunications experience preferred)
- Proven experience in business solutions sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively
