About Our Operations

Newmont's Africa Operations manages two gold mining operations in Ghana:

• Ahafo Mine (located in the Brong-Ahafo region)
• Akyem Mine (located in the Eastern region)

Role Overview

We seek a Senior Process Operations Trainer to manage and develop training programs and activities focused on process operations and plant-specific competencies. This role involves coaching and conducting circuit training for both new and existing personnel.
