Senior Analyst, Design Authority Controls & Processes at MTN Ghana

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Design Authority Controls & Processes to join MTN Ghana. This role focuses on designing and implementing Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM) best practices across MTN's local operations. You will manage organizational assessments, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance profitability by reducing revenue leakage through strengthened control environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement MTN Group Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Best Practices into MTN's local operations
• Manage the assessment and continuous improvement of the Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM) organization to ensure mature and capable operations
• Manage and coordinate all RAFM risk assessments and business requirements analysis for organizational change, including new projects, network changes, and IS changes
• Improve profitability through the reduction of revenue leakage by strengthening the primary and secondary control environment
• Improve the overall RAFM maturity level of the organization through strengthening core capabilities in both primary and secondary control environments

Control Design and Implementation

• Develop and implement comprehensive revenue assurance and fraud management controls and processes
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential revenue leakage points
• Design controls to mitigate identified risks and enhance revenue protection
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control measures into business operations
