About the Role

Sip Natural Mineral Water, a renowned sachet and bottled natural mineral water manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and innovative Sales Manager to join our growing team in Accra.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and performance of sales officers, the achievement of sales targets, and growth in line with company budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop sales officers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Drive company growth aligned with budget objectives

Required Qualifications

• BSc in Sales or Sales Management
• Computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Certificate in Marketing awarded by CIM – UK or CIMG

Required Experience & Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the mineral water industry
• Proven leadership ability and capacity to drive sales teams
• Strong understanding of sachet and dispenser bottled water market dynamics
