Sip Natural Mineral Water is a renowned manufacturer of sachet and bottled natural mineral water located in Accra. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and innovative Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and performance of sales officers, achievement of sales targets, and revenue growth in line with company budget objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop sales officers to maximize team performance
• Achieve and exceed sales targets aligned with company budget
• Drive sales growth and market expansion

Required Qualifications

• BSc in Sales or Sales Management
• Computer literacy
• Advance Certificate in Marketing awarded by CIM – UK or CIMG (preferred)

Required Experience & Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the mineral water industry
• Proven leadership ability and track record of driving sales teams
• Strong understanding of sachet and dispenser bottled water market dynamics
