About the Role
We are inviting applications from qualified and motivated professionals to join our growing commercial team as a Sales Agronomist. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving product adoption, supporting distributors, and delivering agronomic value to farmers across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote agrochemical and crop nutrition products to distributors and farmers
- Conduct field demonstrations, product trials, and farmer trainings
- Build and maintain strong agro-dealer and key account relationships
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support debt recovery initiatives
- Prepare weekly sales and field activity reports
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in agrochemical sales or field agronomy
- Strong communication, negotiation and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
- Valid driver's license is an advantage
