Research Assistant at Imani Africa

About the Role

We are seeking a Research Assistant to join our research team working on projects in public economics and energy economics. You will collaborate closely with experienced researchers, participate in all stages of the research process, and work independently within the scope of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on research design and conduct data analysis
• Interpret research results and findings
• Create survey and polling instruments including questionnaires and forms
• Draft and edit reports, manuscripts, and presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitatively-oriented field from a Ghanaian University
• Recent graduate (no more than 5 years of work experience)
• Strong analytical, organizational, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Potential and willingness to commit for two years
