Quarry Manager at China International Water & Electric Corp

About the Role

China International Water & Electric Corp is seeking an experienced and passionate Quarry Manager to oversee and manage quarrying operations. In this position, you will lead a team, coordinate production processes, and ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires excellent management skills and deep understanding of the quarrying industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quarry production processes to ensure high-quality products are produced according to plan
• Lead, train, and guide the production team to ensure teamwork and high efficiency
• Supervise equipment maintenance to ensure safe and proper functioning of all equipment
• Manage inventory and procure raw materials to meet production requirements
• Develop and execute production plans to ensure projects are completed on time
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with environmental regulations
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments to report on work progress

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant experience in the quarrying industry, with preference for candidates with quarry management experience
• Relevant qualifications or certificates in the field
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with quarrying equipment and production processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
