About the Company

A reputable life insurance company is undertaking a recruitment drive to expand its Insurance Channels across Retail and Micro segments.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Prospectors to market our Micro insurance products to potential clients. This is a full-time position based nationwide, with ideal candidates residing within or near regional capitals across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Market the company's Micro insurance products to potential clients
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
Build and maintain client relationships to support sales growth

Required Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age
WASSCE certificate or equivalent qualification
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High level of integrity and professional conduct
Aggressive approach to sales with results-oriented mindset
