Job Description

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in Accra. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from design through completion, ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret, review, and approve survey and civil design works
• Estimate material and labour requirements for project execution
• Ensure construction plans meet building codes and regulatory guidelines
• Develop detailed project construction schedules in cooperation with the Project Manager
• Coordinate and monitor assigned projects through completion
• Provide technical support to field supervisors
• Manage and motivate project teams to achieve objectives
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress and status
• Maintain safe and clean working environments by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations

Required Qualifications

• First Degree in Building Technology, Construction Technology & Management, or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
