Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sekondi-Takoradi. The Product Supervisor will oversee day-to-day tasks related to product quality, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise product development processes
• Analyze market trends and provide insights
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure exceptional customer service delivery
• Train and develop staff skills
• Manage inventory and quality control

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of related professional experience
• Proven supervisory and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience conducting training sessions and staff development
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
