Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sekondi-Takoradi. The Product Supervisor will oversee day-to-day tasks related to product quality, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise product development activities
• Analyze market trends and provide insights
• Manage inventory and ensure product quality standards
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Train and develop staff members
• Lead and manage team members effectively

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 4 years of related professional experience
• Proven supervisory and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience conducting training sessions and developing staff
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
