Job Summary

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is seeking dynamic and young professionals to join our planning team as Planning Specialists. You will be responsible for end-to-end logistics coordination of stock transfers from the factory to the destination. This position ensures the efficient, accurate, and timely movement of goods by optimizing load planning, coordinating transportation, and managing on-site execution. You will act as the vital link between planning and logistics, directly impacting operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze demand requirements to create logical and efficient stowage orders; plan loading routes and cargo arrangement to maximize truck weight and volume capacity, ensuring cost-efficient transportation
• Proactively prepare transport documents and instructions; dispatch and coordinate transport vehicles to the factory for loading, ensuring alignment with the planned schedule
• Track the arrival of transport vehicles at the factory and adjust abnormal situations of orders on-site to ensure orders are completed accurately and quickly
• Track real-time arrival of vehicles at the loading point; manage and adjust orders on-site to resolve unforeseen issues or discrepancies, ensuring accurate and swift fulfillment of all transfer orders
• Collect and analyze data on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all transfer orders; prepare regular reports for management with insights and actionable recommendations for process improvement

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Responsible and detail-oriented with strong devotion to work
