Overview

A respected pension administration company is seeking full-time Pension Advisors to market and sell personal pension products to clients within the informal sector. Compensation is based on commissions and other incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a range of pension products to both existing and potential customers
• Maintain open lines of communication with team members, senior sales management, and business divisions regarding client engagements, outcomes, competitive insights, and market shifts
• Pursue follow-ups and engage in negotiations concerning contract conditions
• Acquire industry-specific expertise to conduct meaningful and productive client discussions

Required Qualifications & Experience

• High school completion (SHS), 'A' Level certificate, Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's degree
• Confidence, proactivity, dedication, and strong teamwork skills
• Sales experience (preferred)
