Position Overview

Mumuadu Rural Bank PLC is seeking qualified Microfinance Officers to expand the Bank's loan portfolio by advancing quality loans to prospective clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Form and manage client groups effectively
• Manage credit operations including disbursement and recovery of loans
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients in rural communities

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Minimum HND or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Agriculture, Commerce (B. Com), or Social Work from a recognised institution

Technical Requirements:

• Willingness to work in rural and deprived areas
• Motorcycle riding skills with a valid license

Personal Attributes:

• Strong public relations and community engagement skills
• Detail-oriented approach to work
• Ability to manage stressful situations effectively
