MFS Cash Assurance Analyst at AT Ghana

Job Summary

The successful candidate will join our Finance Department as an MFS Cash Assurance Analyst, reporting to the Margin Assurance Manager. You will provide assurance services on MFS revenues by preventing leakages and performing professional audits—either individually or as a team leader—to ensure quality products and identify and mitigate cash risks as part of revenue assurance value addition.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and execute all MFS and Cash Assurance Billing Controls in accordance with GSMA MMO CoC requirements
• Ensure 100% implementation and execution of all MFS End-to-End Controls
• Design, implement, execute, and formalize controls in the billing scope around GSMA MMO CoC
• Follow up on exceptions related to GSMA CoC and Cash Assurance alarms and ensure proper resolution
• Ensure alarms and controls around the MFS Framework have been deployed
• Provide business partnering support to Finance and MFS Operations teams
• Identify manual controls and work towards automating them
• Document standard operating procedures for all MFS controls
• Improve MFS controls to a Managed level
• Establish and maintain a weekly Risk Dashboard reporting on leakages and financial impact
• Conduct periodic Logical Access Reviews and Wallet Audits on MFS Platform to ensure role-based access and accurate wallet functionality and configuration
• Assist the MFS Business Unit with monthly updates to the Product Catalogue
• Perform periodic End-to-End reviews on MFS to verify full implementation of controls and presence of complementary controls
