Marketing and Product Development Manager at Reputable Bank

About the Position

A reputable Rural Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Marketing and Product Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement all of the bank's marketing strategies for both internal and external audiences
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors' marketing movements
• Lead mobilization of deposits from corporate clients and high net worth individuals
• Submit relevant information to supervisors to aid management decisions regarding investment and deposit mobilization

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following qualification paths:

• Degree in Marketing or related Business Courses from a recognized university with 10 years of working experience in Financial Services, of which 5 years should be in a similar position
• Master's Degree with 3 years of working experience in a similar position in rural banking

Required Skills and Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of Marketing and Product Development
• Sound analytical mind with strong understanding of market dynamics
• Consistent market insights and strategic thinking
• Professional qualification in Marketing (advantageous)
