Manager, Business Continuity & Crisis Management at MTN Ghana

Job Summary

We are seeking a Manager, Business Continuity & Crisis Management to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive business continuity and crisis management frameworks across MTN Ghana. This role is responsible for conducting detailed business impact analyses, continuity risk assessments, and monitoring remediation efforts across all internal and external risks while maintaining robust Risk Management standards and frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the BCM programme, methodology, and principles to address abnormal or unstable situations that may threaten operational objectives, reputation, and/or business viability
• Implement Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management frameworks and policies in alignment with Group policy and framework requirements
• Develop and execute a roadmap that delivers increased assurance, effectiveness, and efficiency in Business Continuity and Crisis Management
• Serve as a business risk partner, facilitating business unit ownership in the identification and management of divisional business impact assessments (BIAs), BCPs, SPOFs, and DRPs
• Ensure safeguarding of MTN Ghana's people, processes, infrastructure, and third-party systems
• Retain overall responsibility for BCM&CRM policies, including development, review, updates, and implementation
• Develop fit-for-purpose solutions that meet business requirements and prevent disruptions caused by crises and security breaches
• Identify risk mitigation and continuity requirements for new projects and ensure appropriate policies and standards are developed
• Document and update the comprehensive operational Business Continuity Management strategy
