Position Summary

The Manager BankTech, Savings & Loans (S&L), and Xtratime is responsible for setting the overall product and product line strategy, ensuring timely and robust planning and execution through the product lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and ensuring successful deployment of products in target areas. The role requires understanding and mapping customer journeys to anticipate typical demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of product strategies and propose improvements
• Work closely with line manager to develop and deploy BankTech, S&L, and Xtratime product roadmap
• Manage Bank Push/Pull services across operations in line with overall Group strategy
• Ensure appropriate prioritization of projects
• Conduct extensive market and regional research and create realistic user stories for solution optimization
• Customize group-provided product design to align with operation-specific local nuances
• Obtain sign-off from senior management on customized solutions
• Benchmark regional best practices and conduct extensive research to identify opportunities
