Company Overview

An American BPO company seeking a dedicated professional for its Accra-based international Contact Centre.

Position Overview

This full-time role involves sales and marketing support for customers in the USA and Canada markets. You will be responsible for executing sales and marketing campaigns while providing exceptional customer service in an international contact centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sales and marketing campaigns targeting USA and Canada customers
Provide professional customer service via contact centre operations
Support international sales initiatives and customer engagement

Requirements

Fluency in English with exceptional verbal communication skills
Previous sales and marketing experience required
Bachelor's Degree, HND Certification, or Diploma qualification
Age range: 25 to 39 years old
