## Title: International Contact Centre Representative

About the Role

African Business Process Organisation (ABPO) is seeking sales and marketing executives to join our international contact centre in Accra. You will focus on sales and marketing campaigns, working with customers in the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sales and marketing campaigns for international customers
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Work within a professional contact centre environment

Required Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree, HND, or Diploma Certification
Extremely fluent in English with exceptional verbal communication skills
Age between 24 and 39 years

Experience

Previous sales, marketing, and contact centre experience is helpful but not essential
Comprehensive training programme provided

Compensation

Competitive basic salary plus performance bonuses. Total compensation structured as On Target Earnings (OTE).

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM GMT
