Job Summary

The successful candidate will join our team as an Intelligent Network Engineer in the IT department, reporting to the IN Manager. You will play a crucial role in achieving the team's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by ensuring the operational consistency of the Intelligent Network system and performing necessary support activities.

The primary focus will be on routine maintenance, level two maintenance, and providing first and second-level support for all components of the billing ecosystem. This includes handling escalations from the first line of support, implementing platform upgrades, and facilitating system expansions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all IN platforms maintain 99.99% availability and accessibility
• Execute business deliverables within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Supervise end-to-end data generation for all stakeholders
• Ensure configurations are completed first time right (FTR)
• Manage deployment of new products, upgrades, services, and enhancements
• Ensure corrective actions from system monitoring and utilization reports are fully implemented by the team
• Review available system capacity and take required actions where necessary
• Manage new services, ensuring they are tested and validated internally before User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Review and assess all services before deployment on the live system
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for engineering guidelines, software and hardware levels, connectivity diagrams, and system parameters
• Supervise the installation of new nodes, commissioning, and integration within the network
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
• Configure and test new technologies and systems
