About the Position

The Governing Council of Christ Apostolic University College (CAUC) invites applications from qualified and competent professionals for the position of Human Resource Manager.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years of professional working experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) certification or skills
