About the Role

Asante Akyem Rural Bank Ltd is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions and develop strong relationships with Departmental Heads. You will provide comprehensive human resource management to support the bank's operations and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all human resource functions for the organization
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Departmental Heads
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Support recruitment, employee development, and retention initiatives

Qualifications Required

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Master's degree or professional qualification in a related field (advantageous)

Experience Required

• Minimum of five years post-qualification experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
• Not more than 45 years of age
