The Ghana branch, based in Bolgatanga, is recruiting high-potential candidates through its internship recruitment program.

Position Overview

Under the direct supervision of AMD-Ghana's Country Director, you will identify and recruit highly qualified consultants and experts for various assignments.

Internship Details

• Paid internship for three months
• Renewable for an additional three months based on performance
• Top-performing candidates may receive a permanent employment offer at the end of the internship

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of university studies in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or equivalent degree
• Not more than 25 years old

Required Skills and Competencies

• Outstanding proficiency with computers and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Human resources expertise, specifically in recruitment
• Excellent writing and analytical skills with ability to draft technical documents
• Dynamic, rigorous approach with ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure
• Proficiency in English language
• Willingness to work in Bolgatanga
