## Title: Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness and Administrative Manager

Role Overview

The Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness and Administrative Manager shall be responsible for developing a holistic approach to human resources and organizational effectiveness. This role encompasses people, processes, and systems that foster the ActionAid culture to optimize staff productivity and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure familiarity with Ghana labour laws and verify that ActionAid's employment policies comply with national legislation
  • Develop country-level HROE and Administrative strategy, organizational effectiveness change management plans, annual HR plans, budgets, and work plans in alignment with the Country Strategic Plan, Global HR Standards, Ghana laws, and organizational priorities
  • Lead implementation of the HR Strategy, annual HROE and Administrative plans, budgets, and work plans in accordance with approved frameworks and HR Policy guidelines
  • Develop and implement HROE and Administrative strategies, systems, policies, and procedures, including safeguarding policies to protect vulnerable populations and organizational interests
  • Develop and update HR measurement indicators and provide guidance on reporting HR Management performance across the entire Affiliate to leadership
  • Participate in regional cluster HROD/E networks to contribute to the development of relevant cluster HRODE priorities
  • Develop and lead the implementation of succession planning mechanisms and management systems
