Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Health and Safety Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our employees and creating a safe working environment. You will develop, implement, and manage health and safety policies and programs to mitigate risks and comply with relevant regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Safety Policies

• Create and update comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures tailored to the construction industry
• Ensure that all policies align with local and state regulations

Training and Education

• Conduct regular safety training sessions for employees, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Stay current on industry best practices and communicate relevant information to the team

Risk Assessment and Mitigation

• Conduct regular risk assessments on sites and implement measures to mitigate identified risks
• Investigate accidents and incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations for prevention

Regulatory Compliance

• Stay informed about changes in health and safety legislation and regulations
• Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant safety standards

Site Inspections

• Conduct regular inspections of sites to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols
