Right to Dream Academy is Africa's leading football academy and a global brand with operations spanning Egypt, Denmark (FC Nordsjælland), Ghana, and the United States (San Diego FC). We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead Medical and Performance initiatives for our International Academy squad.

Role Overview

You will operate across the continuum of injury risk reduction, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement within our long-term player development model. This role combines physiotherapy expertise with physical performance management, requiring extensive travel to support tours and tournaments throughout the year for the International Academy.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within our Human Performance Group
• Lead medical and physical aspects of the International Academy squad
• Implement data-driven decision-making to provide best practice care for all athletes
• Provide training and match cover
• Manage injury diagnosis, rehabilitation, and sideline care
• Design and oversee training periodization and gym programming
• Develop individualized physical development programs
• Analyze GPS data and performance metrics
• Communicate effectively with coaches and technical staff

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy
• Relevant work experience in a football setting
• Strong ability to work as part of a team
• Highly motivated with adaptability in challenging environments
• Ability to think strategically and make quick decisions under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Background and experience in Strength & Conditioning and/or Sport Science
• Work experience with youth athletes
• Experience with data collection and athlete testing
• Proven communication skills with coaches and technical staff
