Position Overview

Awutu Emasa Rural Bank LTD is seeking a qualified Head of Marketing and Business Development to lead strategic initiatives that drive brand growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain the company's brand identity in the market
• Oversee the conception, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Conduct thorough market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activities to inform strategies and identify new opportunities
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to drive revenue growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders to facilitate growth
• Drive sales and increase revenues of the bank

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
• Master's Degree (preferred)
