Job Summary

Twifu Rural Bank is seeking a qualified professional to lead the Credit Management Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall credit function of the Bank through the establishment of internal controls and processes for credit assessment, restructuring, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all credit operations and functions of the Bank
• Establish and maintain internal controls and processes for credit assessment
• Manage credit restructuring initiatives
• Direct credit recovery efforts

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar credit management role
