About the Role

Twifu Rural Bank is seeking a qualified Head of Credit Management Department to lead the bank's credit function. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining internal controls and processes for credit assessment, restructuring, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall credit function of the bank

• Manage credit restructuring and recovery initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar credit management role
