FMCG Sales Representative x12 at AAA Paper LTD

About the Position

AAA Paper LTD is seeking to recruit 12 FMCG Sales Representatives to focus on Distributor & Retail Channel Development.

Location: Accra, Ghana

Key Responsibilities

Distributor Development & Relationship Management

• Develop and onboard medium to large-scale FMCG distributors within assigned regions
• Track distributor sales performance to ensure timely product delivery and market penetration targets
• Organize promotional campaigns, provide marketing materials, and conduct regular policy and product training

Retail Store Visits & Sales Activation

• Regularly visit small retail shops, convenience stores, and roadside vendors to ensure product visibility and activation
• Assist in shelf arrangement, stock replenishment, and point-of-purchase (POP) display setup
• Gather market feedback from store owners

Sales Target Achievement

• Formulate and execute personal customer visit plans based on company targets
• Submit weekly reports with regular updates on sales figures and local market dynamics

Market Intelligence & Feedback

• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, channel presence, and customer preferences
• Share insights with the marketing team and provide improvement suggestions to enhance sales performance

Required Qualifications

Education

• Minimum college diploma (HND or above)
• Majors in marketing, business administration, or economics preferred

Work Experience

• Preferably 1+ years of experience in FMCG or daily-use product sales (e.g., beverages)
• Applicants without experience but with strong communication and learning abilities will also be considered

Language & Communication

• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to conduct client meetings and professional correspondence
