Finance Manager at Reputable Financial Institution

Role Purpose

• Provide technical and operational support for sound financial administration to the organisation
• Assist management in making sound financial decisions

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop overall financial goals of the organisation
• Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the organisation
• Take charge of the treasury functions
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for the organisation
• Prepare and submit annual budgets to management
• Adhere to internal control policies

Qualifications Required

• Professional qualification (ICAG, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) or MBA in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar position
• Minimum 3 years in a senior management position

Skills and Experience

• Ability to prepare financial statements
• Ability to prepare annual budgets
• Proficiency with computer programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of company law and taxation
