## Title: F&B (Food & Beverage) Manager

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced F&B (Food & Beverage) Manager to join the founding team of a prestigious new four-star hotel opening soon in Tema. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional passionate about excellence who thrives in high-performance environments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all food and beverage operations
Drive service design and implementation
Manage cost control and financial performance
Lead and develop F&B team members

Required Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in F&B operations within luxury hotels
Minimum 2 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role
Proven track record of strong financial performance in F&B operations
Demonstrated ability in service design and cost control
