About the Position

A reputable and growing 2-star hotel located in the environs of the University of Cape Coast invites applications from qualified, experienced, and results-oriented professionals to fill the position of Facility Manager.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing facility operations and property management to ensure optimal functionality and maintenance of hotel infrastructure.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• First Degree or HND in Engineering, Building Technology, Facilities Management, or related field (Master's degree is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility or property management
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
