About the Position

Mountcrest University College (MCU), located in Kanda, Accra, is seeking qualified and experienced drivers to join our team. This is a full-time position supporting the college's transportation and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs in accordance with established schedules
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, lights, tyres, etc.)
• Report vehicle faults, accidents, or incidents promptly
• Adhere strictly to road safety rules and company policies
• Support other logistics and errands as required by management

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Ability to read and write basic English
• Valid Ghanaian driver's licence (category C or D)
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven driving experience in a corporate or professional setting
• Good knowledge of routes within Accra
