Job Summary

The Education, Training and Advocacy (ETA) Director leads, develops, and manages the ETA team in-country through program and project design, collaboration, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. This role works in collaboration with internal stakeholders and in alignment with established approval processes.

Key responsibilities include engaging and managing stakeholder and partner relationships, leading program and project co-design with support from the Program Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Development (PDMELD) team, supporting ETA teams to implement projects toward achievement of programmatic goals, and working with MELD to evaluate project impact.
