Position Overview

The Education, Training and Advocacy (ETA) Director leads, develops, and manages the ETA team in-country through program and project design, collaboration, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. This role works in collaboration with internal stakeholders and in alignment with established approval processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the ETA team in-country
• Design and oversee program and project implementation
• Engage and manage stakeholder and partner relationships
• Lead program and project co-design with support from Program Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Development (PDMELD)
• Support ETA teams to implement projects toward achievement of programmatic goals
• Collaborate with MELD to evaluate the impact of projects
• Monitor and evaluate project progress with comprehensive reporting
