The African Entrepreneurship Academy (AEA Hub), located at Kwashieman Hong Kong, is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our brand’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

• Develop and manage YouTube channel content and campaigns

• Drive E-commerce growth – manage online store presence, product promotions, and sales funnels

• Design and implement effective digital marketing strategies (SEO, Ads, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing)

• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns

• Work closely with our content and business development teams to achieve monthly targets

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, or e-commerce

• Strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and trends

• Experience with YouTube content management and ad campaigns

• Understanding of E-commerce platforms, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

• Creative Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) are a must

• Excellent communication and writing skills
