• Salary and Benefits: 3000 GHS+

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions to answer questions about automobile products, services, and repairs
• Handle customer complaints and suggestions by actively finding solutions and following up on case progress to ensure timely resolution
• Record and update customer information while maintaining accuracy of the customer database
• Provide relevant information on automobile sales, maintenance, and repairs to help customers make informed decisions
• Assist the sales team with order processing, delivery tracking, and follow-up service support
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify needs and suggest service improvements

Required Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or above; education background in related fields is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers clearly and professionally
• Experience in the automotive industry or customer service
