## Title: Credit & Recovery Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Credit & Recovery Officer responsible for the disbursement and recovery of debts. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to our company's financial operations and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Sell company products to prospective clients
Register new clients
Coordinate with support departments to ensure service delivery facilitation and implement growth strategies
Recover outstanding debts
Monitor customer payment history
Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information
Track customer complaint resolution

Required Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or higher qualification
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
Computer literacy
Must reside in or near Kasoa, Dansoman, Madina, or Achimota
