About the Role

As a Content Acquisition Manager, you'll oversee the company's web and app content strategy from ideation to distribution. You'll demonstrate your ability to manage a team of creatives while balancing administrative and editorial responsibilities. You'll identify opportunities for improving existing content and fill content gaps with fresh ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage content acquisition, library, and playlist management
• Collaborate with content writing, graphic design, web development, and social media teams to plan, create, and distribute content
• Proofread and edit submissions according to brand guidelines
• Implement SEO best practices to ensure all content ranks well and reaches its target audience
• Develop a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms, including the company website and social media channels
• Review analytics and search performance reports to assess the success of content marketing initiatives
• Support outreach and amplification initiatives to improve the website's search engine ranking
• Perform regular content audits to ensure content is accurate, optimized, updated, and relevant to the target audience
• Create and maintain a streamlined content calendar to keep the team aligned
• Brainstorm new content ideas with the creative and marketing teams

About You

• Proven experience as a Content Acquisition Manager
• Passion for digital content and movies
• Proficiency in relevant tools such as MS Excel, data management, and project management
• Drive to constantly improve and support colleagues in doing the same
• University-level education or equivalent working experience and critical thinking skills
