Position Overview

We are seeking an efficient Commercial Sales Manager to drive business development and establish our presence in the national mining and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Market prospects through diverse channels including direct customer meetings at head offices and plant sites, digital video calls, sector organizations (public entities, Chamber of Mines), and industry events
• Introduce our services and establish ourselves as a reference point in the national mining network
• Identify, approach, and manage both new and existing customers
• Manage relationships with agents and sub-dealers as needed
• Develop joint brand identity initiatives
• Prepare and send commercial offers, follow up on customer feedback and decisions

Requirements

• Age: 28–45 years old
• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field from a recognized tertiary institution
• Professional experience in mining processes, plant operations, or supply chain management (including national service experience)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably in industrial or mining supplies
• Availability to travel frequently throughout Ghana by road
• Strong driving skills
