Department and Specializations

Faculty of Arts – Department of History

Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following fields are encouraged to apply:

• African/African Diaspora History
• Asian History
• American History (North, Latin, Central, and South America)

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• PhD with specialization in one or more of the fields listed above or a closely related academic area
• Strong research background and professional experience
• Minimum of four years teaching experience at the university level
• Published research and articles in peer-reviewed journals relevant to your field of specialization
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent teaching at both graduate and undergraduate levels
